'An electric-like evil robotic hybrid, the cookie-cutter antagonist of some untold grand story (filled with many sequels and profitable merchandise, sold in many fine retail stores in your tri-state area!)'
In reality the villain is simply the new antagonist in Devolver Digital's future game called "Lint." However with Fork Parker's greedy ways the games concept is simply a redone mechanic and is rushed to production, ending in a major flop in revenue for the company.
Guns cannot drop in chests or as loot, and if somehow still able to be in the villain's reach, he cannot hold them. Bullet modifiers are still able to be droppable loot and have a higher chance of dropping passives than actives. Immune to shock damage.
'To rid of that damned hero, always easily defeating his plans as if it was a rushed story plot with no real consideration for quality!'
However with a new eye in his world the hero might not be the only thing he might get rid of...
Once shooting the gun that can kill the past, he reappears back to a forgotten place that he vaguely remembers, its his lair! With all of his memories flooding back from that time he remember what happened here, where the Hero easily beat the Villain, causing the Villain to escape into a rocket off the planet before blowing up his elaborate lair. However, the Villain believes that with his new skill and tech, he can have the chance to finally defeat the Hero! But before the Hero finishes his speech, the Villain notices something he never had seen before, an enormous glass screen stretching across the entire lair, how had he never seen it before, and why was there a giant in front of the glass? He then sees the giant doing something that changed the Villain forever, was he... controlling the Hero? The thought then pieced itself together and struck the Villain hard... All of the strange things he saw that were impossible, like how objects fell through the floor, and how the Hero always came back alive even though the Villain had clearly killed him, all of a sudden made sense. He was just a video game character, and not even a good one at that. With new found rage at the poor game that he realized he was in, he set on breaking the game, as well as all of its creators bones. But should he? Does he even have the power to do such an unspeakable act? Or Should he simply follow his coding, fail once more, and happily be stuck in the Gungeon?
The Hero: The protagonist of The Villains past, and the person that somehow manages to foil all of the Villains schemes to defeat him. Stratus Ordeal is a large, muscular, totally lovable, and extremely handsome hero that is always the players favorite, no matter what, and the player will buy all of the merchandise featuring Cirrus Sidestep's gorgeous face, right? Cumulonimbus Movement always carries his hulking 'Guster Sword' anywhere he goes and due to a bug in the game will always be lvl 100+ at the final boss, making him an almost impossible foe for Villain to defeat. Has the strange tendency to change his name whenever its spoken.
The Villain: The most meanest and ugliest son of a gun in the whole planet, the main antagonist. His secret lair is in a volcano on a desert island which contains an obvious means of self-destruction that once initiated, cannot be aborted. The Villain wants to defeat the Hero because he knocked over his cup of juice when they were little kids, and the cup was still full! Cannot stop saying evil quotes and monologues way too much.
Once the Villain "goes rogue" he blanks the computer glass, glitches out of his poorly made video game, and finds himself in a strange world where fantasy and sci-fi are replaced with taxes and bills, in other words, the real world. Now inside of Devolver HQ, the Villain wreaks havoc onto interns, developers, and employees desperate to find the leader of the whole operation until finding the large office of the one and only, Fork Parker. After finding the old man and finding out that he is the puppet master behind this whole scheme, Fork then scrambles to a huge, complex machine and implants his conscious inside of a towering robotic clone of himself that he deems is, "A cooler version of me that I forced my interns to make," becoming the true past boss. Once enough damage is done to Fork Parkinator the protective skin begins to peel off, revealing his metal skeleton and receives more damage from electricity, but also takes out the big guns and becomes a harder foe in return. Once the towering boss is dealt with, the machine goes into overdrive and spits out the real Fork Parker, which can be killed with a measly 1 HP. With Fork Parker now being dead, the production of "Lint" is handed to another director, who changes and alters much of the story, mechanic, and concept, turning it into another year winning video game from Devolver Digital. Now with the help of the new director, 'The Villain' has turned to 'TESL4' and instead of being the laughing stock mascot of every bland, cliched antagonist, he is now revered for being a unique and remarkably difficult foe, gaining more love from the community than the actual protagonist.
The Skin that The Villain takes while fighting the past boss, glitched due to the properties the real world has on him. Once his past is defeated he is able to use this as his B-skin.
If "fired" once, one palm will open up and blast out an electric ball of energy with small accuracy, however if "fired" twice both palms with fly foward in a one-two fashion with heightened accuracy. Holding down the fire button will launch out an automatic, short ranged, and high spreading albeit low damaging shocks of electricity from both palms, every projectile from the Villain's hands are able to electrify water.
"A slot in the Villain's head that, when inserting a piece of any large mob, will infuse their DNA into the users data, allowing the Villain to mod itself with new upgrades and weapons."
Killing a boss will net the Villain an upgrade that is special to each and every monster killed, each upgrade can either be an active, weapon, or passive.
(killing Beholster would give him a "gun" that would essentially be a stronger and longer firing laser duel pistol, killing Cannonballrog gives him the ability to dodge roll significantly longer and the ability to shoot while rolling, etc.)
*The Villain can hold as many upgrade actives, but is able to carry only one "real" active from regular loot spawns.
An active that calls down a missile that can be aimed at enemies using a red cross hair which after a while will automatically strike down in a small area, dealing 60 damage.
Unlocks a "gun*" with 1500 ammo that allows the user to spin around quickly firing 5 shocks of electricity with low accuracy, doing 5 dmg each shot
A passive that only activates when under half health and deactivates when above half health, causes the user to be filled with adrenaline and raises damage by 2X, doesnt affect other damage ups from other items. (base weapon is 10, when under half health turns to 20, if there is an item that adds +5 the damage would still only upgrade to +10 turning it to 25, not 30)
An active that grants the user the ability to melt into the ground in a highly conductable electric goop, allowing the user to bypass around and under enemies granting invincibility and shocking them with the residue. Once the active wears off the user automatically resurfaces, cannot go under wallmonger.
An Active that, when activated, spawns 2 metallic turrets that shoot out condensed lightning bullets at enemies, rolling into them gives you a temporary speed up and a very low chance of healing half a heart. Can be destroyed by enemies but dont take damage from you.
An active that when used will simply turn all enemies in a large radius around you to stone, stunning them temporarily for 8 seconds.
Gives a "gun" with infinite ammo and when fired charges up and blasts out a highly concentrated beam of energy that drains with a clip of 8 (2/s) and a damage of 35/s. Slows the user down when firing and when emptied needs to be refilled like an active.
An active that when thrown, act as a molotov that lasts significantly longer and covers a larger area in a cross pattern, however when an enemy is enveloped in the flame will get charmed and be unharmable until the charmed status wears off, in which the enemy will decay and lose health over time.
A passive that allows the user to dash 3X as long and is able to move around while rolling. The user is also able to shoot while rolling, and when hitting an enemy will instead damage it and push it to the side without taking contact damage, can still be damaged by regular shots. pressing the dodge button a 2nd time will cancel the dash.
An active which allows the user to throw out 4 holograms of the user that walk around the room, distracting enemies and blow up when too much damage is taken, dealing 30 damage.
A "gun" with 50 ammo and 1 ammo per clip that charges up and Shoots a fast electric charged bullet that deal 20 damage and then explodes when it comes into contact with an object, dealing 50 damage, has slight knockback.
Gives a "gun" containing 150 ammo and 3 ammo per clip that fires homing skulls, which deal 25 dmg each and burst into 3 additional bullets when destroyed which deal an extra 5 dmg. Each skull is able to block 1 bullet before being destroyed.
A passive that spawns a holographic follower the size of a dead blow. The statue will periodically home on and fall on an enemy, dealing 40 dmg sending out bullets in all directions each time it lands that deal an additional 10 dmg.
An active which, when activated deploys a solid hologram with a coverage of a flipped table, only stays in 1 direction and will slowly decay until completely broken if enough damage is taken.
A "gun" with 500 ammo and no clip, fires a beam weapon that curve towards enemies dealing 25/s and have a high chance to light enemies on fire.
A high-powered "gun" with 300 ammo and no clip, that allows the user to breathe out a stream of 3 electrified bullets with long range and a slight homing effect each dealing 10 dmg, as well as Shock rounds effect that connect each bullet with electricity.
